Our recipes booklet

In 2013 we proudly published Zaaki. Tasty Palestinian Recipes from our Kitchen in Aida Refugee Camp. It has been such a success that in 2015 we have published its second edition!

Zaaki (زاكي) means delicious in Arabic and we named our booklet like this because the traditional Palestinian recipes it contains are…  simply delicious!

Some of our favourite mezzes (appetisers): eggplants in tomato sauce, hummus and mutabbal.

In it you will find some of the dishes, dips and desserts that we usually cook at our classes. So yallah, get ready, now you have no excuses to delight your family and friends with what you have learned!

If you want a copy of Zaaki please let us know via email at noorweg.aida@gmail.com (we’re very sorry but we can’t ship it abroad).

    1. Marhaba!
Thank you for your interest in Zaaki, our recipes booklet. Unfortunately we can’t ship it abroad because we can’t make sure it will reach you. Are you in Palestine or have any friends here who we can give it to?
